Once a Job Bundle has been submitted for processing, you can monitor the status of each file from within the CMS application. Processing times vary for each Job Bundle and are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and size of the files in the Bundle and the engines that were selected to process the media. 

To view the status and details for a Job Bundle

From within the CMS application, click the Media drop-down on the left menu and select Job Bundles. A list of All Bundles for the organization displays.

1.  Click the Cluster name on the left menu that's associated with the Job Bundle. A list
    of all Job Bundles for the selected Cluster display.
2. Click the Job Bundle name in the list. Job Bundle details open to the Scanning tab. 

Scanning

The Scanning process finds files that match the selection criteria, creates individual records for them, and schedules tasks to be queued for processing.
 a. Scan details display in the box at the top of the window, including the number of
     Files Found
for the Job Bundle and Start/Complete dates and times. The box is
     blue while Scanning is in progress and green when complete.
 b. View Job Bundle details including the aiWARE Cluster name, Created date/time,
     categories of selected Engines, Storage (aiWARE node), and File Paths for each
     file in the Job Bundle.
 c. Files Found: Lists details for files successfully Scanned in the Job Bundle.
     Headings include the Recording ID, file Path, and the date/time Found by the scan.
 d. Once a file has completed Processing, click the Recording ID to view the file's
     Media Details
page.
 e. Click Show Errors to view details about errors that occurred during the Scanning
     process.

Processing

Click the Processing tab at the top of the window to view the status and details of tasks within the Job Bundle.
  a. Processing details display in the blue box, including the number of Tasks
      Processed
for the Job Bundle and Start/Complete dates and times. The box is
      blue while Processing is in progress and green when complete.
  b. View Job Bundle details, including the Cluster name, date and time created,
      selected Engine Categories, aiWARE node, and file paths for each media file in
      the Job Bundle.
  c. Tasks Processed: Lists details for tasks in the Job Bundle, including the Task
      ID, Engine name, Recording ID, file path, processing Status, and any errors that             were encountered.
  d. Once a task has completed Processing, click the Recording ID to view the task's
      Media Details
page.
  e. Click Show Errors to view details about errors that occurred during Processing.
   f. By default, 10 tasks display at a time. Use the paging options to increase the
      number of rows or move back and forth between pages.
