The information in an Active case can be updated or modified at any time. 

To edit a case:

1. Choose an option to open the case editor:

  a. From the Case Management Panel: Hover over the case file and click the vertical
  ellipsis icon when it appears. Select Edit Case Info from the drop-down list.
  b. From the Case Details Page: Click the vertical ellipsis icon in the upper right of the
  window and select Edit Case from the drop-down list.

2. Make changes to the case information, as required.

3. Click Update Case to save your changes.
