1. Click the case name from the Case Management Panel. The selected case opens.

2. Click the Notes tab. A list of notes added to the case displays.

3. Select a sharing option:

  a. Share a single note: Click the share icon on the note. The Share Note dialog box opens.

  b. Share multiple notes: Check the boxes of the notes you want to share and click the bulk share icon in the upper right of the Notes table. The Share Note dialog box opens.

4. Enter the email address of one or more recipients.

5. Enter an email Subject in the field provided.

6. Enter a Message to the recipient(s).

7. Click Share. The selected note(s) are emailed to the designated email address(es).
