1. Click the case name from the Case Management Panel. The selected case opens.
2. Click the Notes tab. A list of notes added to the case displays.
3. Select a delete option:
a. Delete a single note: Click the delete icon on the note. The Delete Confirmation
b. Delete multiple notes: Check the boxes of the notes you want to delete and click the bulk delete icon in the upper right of the Notes table. The Delete Confirmationwindow opens.
4. Click Delete. The selected note(s) are deleted from the case.
