Searching for Registered Users

Back in the Dashboard:

  1. Click User Management
  2. In the menu that opens, click User Registration

In the User Registration page that opens:

The Users listed have not registered their account.  

  1. To search for a user, click ADD FILTER
  2. In the drop-down list, select the filter type (in this case we are using Email)
  3. In the Email search bar that appears, type in the email address
  4. If the user is not registered, they will appear below
  5. Click the SHOW button to: 1) Force register the user 2) Re-send registration email 3) Delete the user registration
