Searching for Registered Users

Back in the Dashboard:

  1. Click User Registration

  2. In the menu that opens, click Users

In the Users box that opens:

  1. To search for a user, click ADD FILTER

  2. Select the filter that you wish to use (in this case we are using Email)

  3. In the Email search bar that appears, type in the email address and the user will appear below

  4. Click EDIT next to the user

In the User box that opens:

  1. Click the Role section and all available roles will display. Select your role

  2. Click the Account section and all available accounts will display. Select your account

  3. Click SAVE

When the user logs off and then logs in again, the changes will be seen.
