Our latest Discovery release was mainly about updating our reporting "Labels". This will provide users with an enhanced, customizable experience when tracking campaigns and content with Watchlists. Here are some of the improvements we've made:

  1. To streamline how reports are generated based on the labels applied, we removed the ability to create custom labels for search profiles when creating/editing a Watchlist. Going forward you must select one of the standard 11 labels, namely:

    1. Pending Verification

    2. Verified

    3. Needs Review

    4. Request Bonus

    5. Invalid

    6. Processing Verification

    7. Auto Verified

    8. Paid

    9. Earned

    10. Logged Spots

    11. Live Chatter

  2. Veritone Admins can configure which labels they would like to "enable" for their org. By default, all 11 are enabled. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you would like to disable any to standardize specific nomenclature for your business and associated delivery reports.

3. The same label list functionality also applies to Watchlist filters and Statuses as well, throughout the application .

4. The most popular labels we see on our application are "Paid" and "Earned" so those are now the defaults, enabling you to showcase how much you are doing for your Advertisers from both a paid and earned or incremental perspective.

  • Paid is the default label for Pre Recorded or logged spots

  • Earned is the default label for organic mentions or unlogged live reads

Additional Updates:

Outside of the label enhancements, we resolved a small Watchlist notification bug. This will enable you to have better visibility into Watchlist processing status via our Notifications (Bell icon).

As always, we encourage you to share your feedback on these product enhancements. You can reach us at [email protected].
