Keep in mind that any Nielsen demographic selections during Watchlist creation will filter the data and display accordingly in the impressions visualizations.

Switch between the various reporting type tabs in the Analytics dashboard to view various visualizations. Please note that when downloading reports, only the data displayed on the tab you’re currently viewing is included.

If you’d like to create a unique report, build a custom dashboard to include data and visualizations tailored to your reporting needs. Use this guide or this in-app module* to learn the corresponding steps.

Dashboard Components Explained

Dates - Overview

Represents delivery of mentions (including any spots or unlogged live mentions captured) by date.

Day of the Week - Overview

Represents delivery of mentions (including any spots or unlogged live mentions captured) by day of the week. Please note this is an aggregate so you will see mention counts for every Monday throughout a campaign flight; every Tuesday; every Wednesday, and so on and so forth.

Media Source - Overview

This will break out media source types for a visual breakdown by medium. This includes Radio, Podcasts, TV, etc. Your organization will just display Radio based on what we are ingesting today.

Top Programs by Mention Count - Overview

Short list of programs (ie dayparts) that are running the most mentions, respectively.

Top Mentions Source Type by Mentions Count

Short list of stations that are running the most mentions, respectively.

Labels Count by Type - Mentions

If you toggled on Track Lives/Prerecorded Spots in the Watchlist set up, you will see a breakdown by count per respective type of mention (i.e. spots v unlogged live mentions).

Labels Count by Date - Mentions

If you toggled on Track Lives/Prerecorded Spots in the Watchlist set up, you will see a breakdown by date per respective type of mention.

Mention Source Type - Mentions

Earned and Paid by Date - Mentions

Represents total impression count of mentions (including any spots or unlogged live mentions captured) by date.

Day of the Week - Nielsen Impressions

Represents impression count of mentions (including any spots or unlogged live mentions captured) by day of the week. Please note this is an aggregate so you will see mention counts for every Monday throughout a campaign flight; every Tuesday; every Wednesday, and so on and so forth.

Labels - Nielsen Impressions by Date

Represents impression count of mentions by date and further broken down by Earned v Paid or other custom labels that were applied by enabling the “Track Prerecords/Lives” toggle.

Labels - Nielsen Impressions by Type

Represents impression count of mentions by type of media. This is commonly referred to as Earned (unlogged live mentions) and Paid (logged spots). This will appear when enabling the “Track Prerecords/Lives” toggle.

Programs - Nielsen Impressions

Represents impression total of mentions by select, top programs (i.e. dayparts).

Media Source Type - Impressions

Represents impression total of mention broken out by source type.

Audience by Age

Represents breakdown of audience makeup by age segment according to Nielsen impressions for targeted stations.

Audience by Gender

Represents breakdown of audience makeup by identified gender segment according to Nielsen impressions for targeted stations.
