If you received an email with a link to access your pandoIQ account, click the link. You are then asked to create a personal password. Note that this must be between 6 and 15 characters, with no spaces, and is case sensitive. Click Save password, and you are logged into pandoIQ.
When you next log in, enter the email address that received the original welcome email as your username.
If you received a temporary password upfront, go to pandoIQ and enter your username (email address) and this password. You are then asked to create a personal password. Note that this must be between 6 and 15 characters, with no spaces, and is case sensitive. Click Save password, and you are logged into pandoIQ.
Regular login procedure
To log into pandoIQ, visit https://www.pandoiq.com/ and enter the email address associated with your pandoIQ account (the address that receives emails from pandoIQ) and your password. Click Log in, and the Campaign page will open.
What to do if you forget your password
First thing, don’t worry. We’ll help you reset your password.
Click Forgot password on the login screen.
Your email client is opened with a pre-filled email to PandoLogic support.
The body of the email asks you for some basic account details, such as company name, associated email address, and a phone number at which you can be contacted if necessary.
After providing the details requested in the message, send the email.
Our support will contact you either by phone or by email to reset your password.
Logging out of pandoIQ
To log out of pandoIQ, click the utilities icon on the right-hand side of the top menu bar, then click to open your personal profile, and finally click Log out in the pane that opens.
Supported devices and screen resolution
You can view pandoIQ on any device, including mobile devices. The screen resolution is optimized for screens with 1,200-pixel width or more (the screen resizes). If your device has less than this, a scroll bar will help you scroll left and right.
