Selecting the time period

For details on selecting a time frame, see View data for a specific time frame.

Selecting the chart’s metrics

There are four metrics you can view on the chart, which are represented by different colored buttons. The first two metrics are shown by default. See the overall performance on the colored buttons for the selected time period:

  • Clicks is the number of times candidates clicked to view your job during the selected time period.

  • Applicants is the number of candidates who have applied to your jobs during the selected time period.

  • Conversion rate is the percentage of clicks that resulted in applications during the selected time period.

  • Jobs is the total number of jobs that have been or are active during the selected time period. Expanded jobs are counted as a single job regardless of the number of job variants they have.

See the corresponding trend line when selecting a button. You can select any or all of the four metrics.

  • Click the Clicks button to see the daily, weekly, or monthly trend of how many times candidates clicked to view your job during the selected time period.

  • Click the Applicants button to see the daily, weekly, or monthly trend of how many candidates applied to your jobs during the selected time period.

  • Click the Conversion rate button to see the ratio of applicants to clicks (Applicants/Clicks * 100) as a daily, weekly, or monthly trend during the selected time period.

  • Click the Jobs button to see the daily, weekly, or monthly trend of how many jobs were, or are, active during the selected time period.
