pandoIQ email notifications let you know when an important event has happened or is about to happen. For time-sensitive emails, you may choose whether to receive these notifications regarding your campaign or campaign cycle. By default, we send these emails according to the scope of the campaign. If you prefer not to receive these emails, contact support at [email protected].

Campaign or campaign cycle ends soon

To allow you time to prepare your next steps, we send you a notification three days before the end of your campaign or campaign cycle and another notification on the day it ends.

75% of budget spent

We notify you when your campaign or campaign cycle has spent 75% of its budget so that you can assess the results so far and decide whether a budget-related action is needed. The email includes the following information:

  • Date and time at which pandoIQ detected this

  • Total budget/Budget assigned to the current campaign or campaign cycle

  • Total spend/Spend or the amount of budget spent as of the specified date and time

  • Days left until the end of this campaign or campaign cycle

Budget fully spent

We let you know when your campaign or campaign cycle budget has been fully spent so that you can assess the results so far and decide whether a budget-related action is needed. The email includes the following information:

  • Date and time at which pandoIQ detected this

  • Total budget/Cycle budget assigned to the current campaign or campaign cycle

  • Start date, or the date on which the campaign started (This is only presented if your account is set to send emails in the scope of campaigns.)

  • End date, or the planned end date for the campaign (This is only presented if your account is set to send emails in the scope of campaigns.)

  • Days left until the end of this campaign or campaign cycle

Job deactivated or activated automatically

When pandoIQ detects that a job has been active on your pandoIQ campaign, but hasn’t been available on your career site for six hours, we automatically deactivate that job and send you a notification. This reduces budget waste and prevents your candidates from having a bad experience in their job search. The email notification lists all the jobs that have been deactivated automatically, their job ID, and the date and time of the deactivation for each job.

Once pandoIQ detects that your job has been published back on your career site, it immediately reactivates that job and sends you an email with the job’s details and time of activation.
