To effectively track and report on applicants generated by pandoIQ when the application process is performed on your ATS, we highly recommend embedding the PandoLogic conversion tracking code in your ATS web pages.

The PandoLogic conversion tracking code is a JavaScript code snippet or an image pixel HTML code that enables pandoIQ to follow the application process from when candidates click to view a job until they complete the application process on your ATS.

To effectively track generated applicants, you need to embed the PandoLogic conversion tracking code in two distinct web pages on your ATS:

  1. The job landing web page that includes the job description OR the web page that starts the application process in your ATS. This will enable pandoIQ to track the number of candidates who started the application process. It is important that the code be implemented on all your ATS’s web pages that are defined as the start of the application process.

  2. The last web page of the application process or the “Thank you for applying” web page on your ATS. This enables pandoIQ to track the number of applicants who completed the application process. On pandoIQ analytics, this will be reported as “Applicants.”
